Application Project Manager Job Overview: As the Application Project Manager, you will lead the effective management of digital resources to support the company’s objectives. You will be responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of business applications and company systems. This role requires proactive leadership in system upgrades, implementation projects, and coordination with system vendors and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the implementation and upgrading of business applications and systems. • Liaise with system vendors for efficient change requests and issue resolution. • Coordinate and participate in the testing of system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Prepare detailed system flow diagrams, operation manuals, and user documentation. • Manage project priorities in collaboration with stakeholders to align enhancements with business goals.

Skills & Experience Required: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations within regulated environments, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration accompanied by relevant experience may also be considered. • Demonstrated project management skills with a proven track record in leading IT projects. • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder environments.
