Main roles and responsibilities:• Develop and recommend a global procurement strategy that supports the key business objectives; Establish long-term goals and priorities in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency.• Develop new/revised professional policies, procedures and programs as needed, in full alignment with the finance and operations procedures. • Source per need new reliable suppliers and subcontractors, issue RFPs and evaluate quotes.• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors over new or renewal of contracts, to secure advantageous terms of quality, availability, price, risk minimization etc.; Collaborate with legal and with other internal departments as needed.• Manage existing contracts administration – storage, milestones tracking, risk assessments, changes and annexes in support of the dynamic business needs. • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and subcontractors; Main point of contact for business relationships with vendors & subcontractors (while other functions are involved per need).• Issue and process purchase orders routinely on a global basis, including responsibility for the completion of approvals cycle; follow-up on delivery of the purchased goods and services.• Be responsible for the approvals cycle of invoices per the respective purchase orders; reconcile any invoice discrepancies.• Support the Global Head of Technical Operations with the Operations budget preparation & monitoring, not limited to global procurement budget. • May be assigned (tbd) as accountable for import and export of materials, work-in process and finished goods as required.

• Business-oriented education (BA preferred) in business administration, economy, industrial engineering or similar - Must have.• Fluent English and Hebrew (reading, writing and talking) - Must have.• Minimum 5 years of experience (more than 5 is advantage) in global procurement roles in the pharmaceutical, chemical or medical device industries; This experience must include contract negotiations and vendor management, as well as day-to-day purchasing operations.Travel Requirements• Must be ready to travel abroad from time to time.
